90-Day Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Money-Back Guarantee
- All purchases made directly from Vividmoo Inc. online come with a 90-day money-back guarantee.
- Products purchased under this guarantee can be returned within 90 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original processing and handling fees).
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, and product exchanges are not provided.
Return Process
- Return the item within 90 days of receipt, along with the original receipt and a signed letter including your full name, telephone number, address, and reason for return.
- Contact our customer service center to request a pre-paid mailer for your return at service@vividmoo.com.
Return Exceptions
- Worn, used, or altered merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Merchandise showing physical damage is not covered under this policy.
Refund Process
- Once the merchandise meets resale conditions, we will process the refund within 3 working days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any related shipping expenses for machines and/or parts.
- Warranty claims, extended warranty, or Value-Added Service (VAS) cards are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- PayPal Refunds
Paypal Refunds
- For purchases made through PayPal, refund payments will be processed through PayPal.
- If the PayPal account is closed or unable to receive funds, a bank check will be issued, potentially causing a delay in refund receipt.
