Locial Shipping  --- USA / CAN (Except of Litter box)

• All orders are shipped using DPD or Royal Mail with 1-3 days delivery service.
• A notification email with tracking details will be sent when your order is dispatched.
• Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:30pm.

Shipping - Overseas.

• We ship worldwide using International Royal Mail Tracked or FedEx service.
• Delivery times may vary, and customs and import duties may apply at the destination.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address and parcel size during checkout.

EU Delivery (Production: Litter box & Blender only).

• We continue to ship to EU customers without charging VAT since Jan. 1st, 2024.
• Import duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery, and we are working on a solution to simplify this process.

HOW MUCH is the shipping? 

• Free shipping for orders over $50.00 (USA / EURO) and over $100 (Canada, before tax).
• International shipping costs vary by country.

PAYPAL PAYMENT ONLY 

• We accept PayPal for its easy integration, strong security measures, and availability in over 200 countries.
• The buyer pays a handling fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (may vary by country).
